Products Description
Medium: Water for domestic use at room temperature in accordance with hygienic standards
Main material: Special SS304 stainless steel in line with national standards.
The corrosion resistance of SS304 stainless steel passivated by acid pickling is stronger than that of SS304 stainless steel passivated by acid pickling.
The casting part is cast by silica sol process, and there are no sand holes or pore defects. Compared with the sand casting process, the density and strength are higher and the service life is longer.
Anti-corrosive coating: The product is passivated by pickling before spraying, and is electrostatic sprayed with ABS powder for outdoor use. The coating is baked at high temperature, leveled and cured, and the spraying effect is excellent in mechanical strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance and aging resistance. Strong adhesion, not easy to delaminate, not easy to fade. Effectively improve the corrosion resistance of products to acid, alkali, salt and oil chemicals. It is suitable for use in environments with high acid and alkali concentration and strong corrosiveness.
Structures and characteristics of the switch: The switch is sealed by ceramic sealing surface independently developed and patented by Younus. It has small operation force and is convenient for users to open quickly. It is more suitable for use in emergency situations. Good wear resistance and sealing performance, effective service life up to 300,000 times. Easy maintenance, no need to disassemble the switch body, the valve spool can be replaced directly from the side of the switch, effectively reducing the maintenance cost of users.
Eye wash switch mode: manual. When in use, only need to push the hand-push valve gently, clean water will automatically eject from the eyewash nozzle, and the nozzle is equipped with a dust-proof cover. When in use, it can automatically flush away with the water flow. After the eyewash switch is turned on, it will not be automatically closed. Please close the switch and reset the dust cover after using it.
• eye washing nozzle: there are multilayer filters in the eye washing nozzle, which effectively filter impurities in the water and make the water flow into foam water column, effectively prevent impurities in the water or cause two injuries to the injured eye nerve and injured parts due to excessive flow of water. The filter is easy to disassemble, clean and maintain. This product is suitable for use in areas where ambient temperature is higher than 0 C. When using in environments below 0 C, attention should be paid to the anti-freezing and heat preservation of pipelines.
